For example:
Today I will walk 45 minutes at 6:30pm with a walking buddy(with).(how).

I am focused on destressing from the events of Thursday(why). 

 I will change the stress I am feeling by doing yoga for 10 minutes and meditating for 15 minutes!!!!!(what).
Remember...just set your goals for today!!!
